Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a state of modified consciousness. It does not mean you are sleeping, disconnected or under the control of the therapist. You just allow yourself to take a step back from the present moment and to focus on yourself. This experience is not for everyone, so the right therapy has to be tailored to each different personality. No regression hypnotherapy is involved. Hypnotherapy can also be spiritual based on meditation or prayer regardless of the religion.

EMDR

EMDR means EYE MOVEMENT DESENTITIZATION and REPROCESSING.

This therapy is based on rapid left-to-right eye movement while the person reconnects with the traumatizing event in order to disconnect from it permanently. This therapy is often used to help people suffering from post-traumatic shock.

Mindfulness

Learning to be fully conscious of each instantaneous moment.

Cardiac Coherence

A physiological way of coordinating your mind with your breathing and heart rate
