My coaching role is not intended to increase the productivity of a team, but rather to develop or enhance well-being at the workplace and strengthen team cohesion within your company. Improving these two aspects will transform the dynamic of your company, not in terms of its productivity but its health. However, indirectly, a healthy company will be more productive, though, once again, this is not my primary aim.
My goal is to remedy a complicated situation by acting an intermediary for a team under stress.
